Represents a Facet::ExtrudeProfileBuilder It extrudes 3D closed profile between planes.
The two planes are defined by direction and distance. It returns the extruded NX Facet Body.
To create a new instance of this class, use Facet::FacetedBodyCollection::CreateExtrudeProfileBuilder
