Line Fonts
Parameter |
Description |
Hardware Line Fonts |
Indicates that the display of objects on the CRT will use the hardware line fonts of the terminal. This usually increases display speed; however, the display (length and type of dashes and spaces) of dashed, phantom, and centerline objects may not match the plotted output. |
Software Line Fonts |
Indicates that the display of objects on the CRT will use the software line fonts of Unigraphics. Display may take longer than with hardware line fonts; however, the display (length and type of dashes and spaces) of dashed, phantom, and centerline objects will reflect the plotted output. In the software line font mode, foreshortening can also be used to enhance the display. |
