API to get data from and to Knowledge Fusion

The functions declared in this file provide the interface to allow the user to define
his or her own NX Knowledge Fusion function that will execute calls from NX Knowledge Fusion when
invoked, and execute the user defined functions.

Please refer to the section of Calling UFs from NX Knowledge Fusion in
NX Knowledge Fusion End User Guide.

Open API interface to KF in NX Manager mode. These calls are not available when
using NX without NX Manager. These functions do the work of getting
KF data from the Teamcenter Engineering database.

Throughout this file a folder is input to a number of the API's. To ensure
that a unique folder is specified use the form <user>:<folder>[:<folder>...].
