Structure UF_CGM_dimensions_t specifies the dimensions of CGM
geometry recorded in the CGM file. The dimensions field of the
UF_CGM_size_t structure is a structure of type UF_CGM_dimensions_t.

The dimensions field of the UF_CGM_dimensions_t structure specifies
the width and height of CGM geometry, expressed in the units indicated
by the units field.
