This file contains the prototypes for the Simulation and Verification
(S&V) commands. Those commands create simulation events that control
the simulation of the machine tool.

One of the applications for those commands is an NC-Controller
plugin that could call those commands to simulate the machine
tool behavior (motion, mounting, feedback,...) according
the NC-program code (e.g. G codes).

The functions in this file allow the following:
o Move machine tool linear and rotary axis
o Mount/unmount tool
o Mount/unmount kinematics component
o Set machine tool parameter
o Issue feedback
