Controls the angle of the text for notes and labels. Text angle only affects dimensions if the text orientation is set to TEXT BY ANGLE.
There are two preferences for text angle, drafting aid text angle and dimension text angle. The Write option for this GPA will set both text angle preferences. The Read option returns the dimension text angle. If you need to get both text angles, you must use the UG/Open API if they have different values. UF_DRF_ask_dimension_preferences will return the dimension text angle, while UF_DRF_ask_lettering_preferences returns the drafting aid text angle.
