Controls the text angle for all text. A positive angle is measured as slanting forward with zero degrees being directly vertical. A negative angle is measured as slanting backward from vertical.
This preference is not stored with the object like other preferences. When the text is displayed, the current global value for the character slant will be applied, not the value when the object was originally created.
To maintain a certain character slant for a particular object, the control character <In> can be used in the text string. Enter <In> immediately before the word(s) you wish to incline, with "n" as the number of degrees for the angle of inclination. To turn the inclination off, follow the inclined word(s) with <In>.
