&CHRSET(IP1, IP2)
Returns the current level of support for the display of various Native Language Menu character sets in the graphics driver.
You specify a graphics window category value (IP1) and a value for the level of support for character sets (IP2). The system returns a value of 1 (&yes) if the specified level of support is available, and returns a value of 2 (&no) if that level of support is not available.
Read Only - Number - IP1 = [0..2], IP2 = [0..4]
IP1
0 = All Virtual Message Monitor and Alphanumeric Overlay (Listing) Windows
1 = PFK Window
2 = Graphics Window
IP2
0 = 7-bit ASCII characters only
1 = 8-bit non-ASCII European characters including diacritical marks, umlaut, circumflex, and currency symbols
2 = Mixed strings of European and ASCII characters. ISO LATIN-1 and DEC, MCS, and HP ROMAN8 character sets require this level of support.
3 = 16-bit Asian characters for Kanji (Japanese), Hanzi (Chinese), and Hangul (Korean)
4 = Mixed strings of Asian and ASCII characters
